Terms and Shipping

 

 To place orders, please call (856) 299-7564 or fax order form to (856) 299-7544.

* Variety in the box depends on availability.

* Orders must be paid in full at time of shipping or pick-up.

* Orders can be held until May 1 with a 50% deposit; deposit is non-refundable.

* If your koi dies within 72 hours after arrival due to health reasons, we will replace the koi at our discretion.

* All DOA must be reported to Quality Koi on evening of receiving the koi; death must be supported by digital photo proof.

* Pricing discounts are based on current order and are not cumulative.

 

 

Orders to be shipped:

* Shipments available every Tuesday and Thursday.

* Please place orders a week in advance so that the koi may be prepared for shipping.

* We ship on Southwest-NFG.  Our shipping boxes are fully insulated and reusable.  The first Large box (33”X15”X15”) is $175, which includes Southwest-NFG charges, one-time travel to the airport, insulated box, bags, rubber bands, and oxygen.  Each additional Large box is $150.

* If ordering Mini boxes (24”X15”X15”), the first box is $150 and each additional Mini box is $125.

* When placing your order, please provide your airport destination.

* Quality Koi may recommend a different route/destination for the safest shipping of the koi.  If you choose not to use Quality Koi’s recommended route/destination, Quality Koi will only guarantee the koi shipment up until the time of drop off at Philadelphia International Airport.

 

Orders to be picked up at Quality Koi:

* Pick-ups will be available by appointment only, Monday-Friday.  Kindly set your appointment time when placing order.  We request a 24-hour minimum notice for pick-ups.

* Please pick up orders within 7 days of placing your order.  Quality Koi will not hold orders for longer than this period.

* There is a $5 fee for each box, which includes an un-insulated box, bags, rubber bands, and oxygen.  You can purchase an insulated box for $30.
